FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we offer two solutions:

  1. Spare Parts: We will send you the necessary spare parts so you can fix the issue yourself, at no extra cost to you.
  2. Replacement: If spare parts aren’t sufficient or the damage is extensive, we will provide a complete replacement product at no extra cost.

In either case, we cover all shipping and handling expenses associated with sending spare parts or replacement products.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Unused Products: The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.

OR

  • Performance Guarantee: If you can provide evidence that the product did not increase your project workflow as expected or advertised, you qualify for a refund even if the product has been used.

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service team to initiate your refund request.
  2. Evaluation: We will evaluate your request based on the conditions outlined above.
  3. Return Shipping: Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  4. Restocking Fee: A $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with inspection, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-20 business days.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or software that has been downloaded or activated
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling
