The Stedox® Beam Puller | Hammer Down, or as it’s known in Germany, the “balkenzug,” is designed to meet the challenges of modern construction. It features high-strength steel components for outstanding durability and pulling power. With its smooth trapezoidal thread and ergonomic ratchet handle, it allows for easy clamping, pulling, and alignment of panels with minimal effort. The reversible ratchet mechanism ensures fast and efficient operation. The tool is also easily removable with a single strike to the back of the hook.
The hooks are made using hot forging, an ancient manufacturing technique that dates back at least 4,000 years and are further heat-treated to enhance the strength of the steel. This process ensures the hooks can endure the impact of hammers over time, providing exceptional durability and reliability for demanding construction tasks.
