4. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your package by:
    • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
    • Contacting our customer service team

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost Packages

  • A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) from the shipping date.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when reporting damaged items.
